Paul Rivas



Interim Head Coach



Paul Rivas will serve as the interim head coach for Jackson, TN Boom this fall in the 2023 UPSL season. Paul has plenty of coaching experience having served at the collegiate, high school, and club level. During his coaching career, he was a three-time coach of the year in the Fox River Classic Conference in Wisconsin. He also conduct duties as a scout for the Boom. Paul will provide essential leadership and coaching for the Boom in route to win championships in TST and UPSL.

Jackson, TN Boom is a dynamic and ambitious pre-professional soccer team founded in 2022 with a vision to revolutionize soccer in West Tennessee. In 2023, we proudly made our debut at The Soccer Tournament, and since then, we have been making our mark on the soccer landscape. In 2025, we are proud members of the Women's Premier Soccer League (WPSL), the United Premier Soccer League (UPSL), and the Tennessee State Soccer Association (TSSA).
